Concentrated cleaning power
For ovens, fryers and grills, preheat before cleaning to 81°C (180°F). Shut off before applying product.
Commercial Ovens: Use at full strength. Using a brush apply directly to walls and racks. Let stand 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. Wipe dry. Stubborn stains may need some scrubbing.
Grills: Dilute 1 part TWP108 Griddle Pro with 4 parts of water. Apply using a brush or cloth. Let stand 5 – 10 minutes. Wipe clean with a wet cloth. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
Deep Fryers: Remove excess grease. Fill us to 4 inches from top with cold water. Add 1 part TWP108 Griddle Pro to 50 parts of water. Boil the solution for 20 – 30 minutes. Drain and flush off using hot water. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. Wipe dry.
